  7. WE HAVE TRANSPARENCY ON STATEMENTS AND REGULAR PAYMENTSEach month we forward you an itemised statement showing all rental income and payments made on your behalf. We electronically deposit your money as cleared funds, into your nominated account at mid-month (15th of the month or the next business day) and end of month (first business day after the end of the month). We keep you informed every step of the way so there are no ‘hidden surprises’ when you receive your statement.

  9. WE OWN OUR OFFICE AND ARE HERE TO STAYOur office is designed for the business of real estate, our technology is state-of-the-art and our business systems are best practice. We operate from our office situated at 11/188 Stratton Terrace Manly, ensuring easy access to all parts of Brisbane due to its proximity to the Gateway Motorway. We are mobile with three branded vehicles and can come directly to our clients and customers. Stacey bought a commercial office so our business has a long-term home and you have peace of mind knowing we are an established business who will continue to provide long term service and reliability to you with the management of your property. Many real estates do not last or sell the rent roll component of the business – we are here to stay and we care about having a long term relationship with you.
  10. WE OFFER YOU OUR SERVICE GUARANTEEWe guarantee our service in writing, listing all obligations that we will fulfil during our term of appointment with any client. If we do not fulfil these obligations, you may cancel our Agreement. If this occurs within the first three months of the agreement, we refund all management fees for that period.
